Gentle Yoga Session
Take a moment to slow down and reconnect with your body and breath in this calming Gentle Yoga Session.

This session will guide you through a series of gentle yoga stretches, incorporating pranayama (breathing techniques) and meridian work to support relaxation and balance. The class will finish with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra (NSDR - Non-Sleep Deep Rest) practice, allowing your body and mind to fully unwind.

Suitable for all levels, this is a welcoming space to move gently, breathe deeply, and leave feeling refreshed.
