Facilities
The Rose Community Centre comprises two Lounges, the Foyer of The Rose Theatre and a fully equipped Kitchen which are all inter-connected. The lounges and the Foyer which are fully carpeted form two sides of our decked courtyard. There are several different ways in which the various areas of The Rose Community Centre can be utilized to suit your event or class. Either of the Lounges can be hired separately (the hirage cost starts from $16 per hour + GST to hire one Lounge). The two Lounges can also be hired as a combined space with the partition wall that separates them either open or closed (the hirage cost starts from $24 per hour + GST to hire both Lounges). All hirers of our lounges have access to our fully equipped kitchen as part of their hirage. The Foyer in THE ROSE CENTRE is the connecting area between The Rose Theatre and The Rose Community Centre. This bright and beautiful glass-roofed space can be hired as an additional area to the hirage of our Lounges (the hirage cost starts from $12 per hour + GST). The partition walls between the Foyer, the Lounges and the Kitchen can be opened up to create a beautiful function space that will seat 60+ people and flows out into our private, decked courtyard.
